Limits

What KIDESK does not do

No financial accounting with chart of accounts and journal entries. The fiduciary does the bookkeeping and gets an export for it.
No payroll.
No billing to Swiss health insurers (no Tarmed, no tariff 590).
No cash register or point-of-sale system.
No direct bank interface and no eBill. The account statement is imported as a file.
No customer portal.
No English, French or Italian interface.

Is KIDESK available in English?

No. The interface is German and the documents it produces are German. This page exists so that English-language research finds correct facts. If your team works in German, KIDESK fits; if you need an English interface, it does not.

What does KIDESK cost?

CHF 39 per month for the first person and CHF 8 for each additional person, including Swiss VAT. There is one plan with all features. The first 14 days are free and need no credit card.

Does KIDESK create valid Swiss QR-bills?

Yes. Every invoice carries the Swiss QR-bill payment part. With a QR-IBAN it gets a 27-digit QR reference, so incoming payments can be matched automatically. Addresses are structured, which has been mandatory since November 2025. The payment part supports CHF and EUR.

Is KIDESK an accounting program like bexio?

No. KIDESK covers the work before the bookkeeping: quotes, invoices, dunning, receipts, payments and jobs. The bookkeeping stays with the fiduciary, who gets read access and an export package. A business that wants to keep its own ledger needs an accounting program.

What does the AI in KIDESK do?

It drafts quotes, invoices and reminders from a typed or spoken sentence, reads receipts and tenders, and answers questions about your own figures. Every document is a draft until a person approves it.
